To enrich employees’ amateur life and enhance team cohesion, Hanyu Boiler recently carefully organized a two-day trip to Yuntai Mountain. All employees of the company actively participated and spent an unforgettable two days in the picturesque Yuntai Mountain. After arriving at Yuntai Mountain, the employees first visited Hongshi Gorge, which enjoys the “bonsai canyon” reputation. The red rocks and clear waters here, along with the unique Danxia landform, made everyone stop to take pictures, deeply intoxicated by the uncanny workmanship of nature. Subsequently, they went to Xiaozhaigou. Strolling along, they were greeted with a spring every three steps, a waterfall every five steps, and a pond every ten steps, as if they were in a paradise. On the second day, the employees climbed Zhuyu Peak. Although the mountain road was rugged, everyone encouraged each other and moved forward hand in hand. Finally, they successfully reached the summit and had a panoramic view of the magnificent mountain scenery. Some brave employees also experienced the glass plank road built on a vertical cliff over one thousand meters above sea level, feeling the thrill of being suspended in mid-air. This two-day trip to Yuntai Mountain not only allowed employees to relax after their busy work but also enhanced communication and interaction among them, improving the team’s cohesion and centripetal force. Everyone said that after returning to their jobs, they would devote more enthusiasm and energy to work and contribute more to the company’s development.
