① Specification and Volume: The volume of the water tank should not be less than the rated evaporation capacity of the supporting boiler. It can be equal to or slightly larger than the rated evaporation capacity of the boiler per hour.
② Dimensions: If the user has no requirements, circular water tanks can be selected for those with a capacity of 10t or less (circular water tanks are assembled as a whole by the manufacturer and delivered to the user’s site, while square water tanks require the manufacturer to send personnel to the site for installation). If the user has specific requirements, quotations will be provided according to those requirements. In addition, the side length of the splicing plates of square water tanks is 500mm. If the side length of the water tank required by the user is not an integer multiple of 500mm, prior communication and explanation with the user are necessary.
③ Material: If the user does not specify, the material of the water tank is 304 for the inner layer and 201 for the outer layer.
④ Insulation Material and Thickness: The insulation material is polyurethane integral foam with a thickness of 50mm. The thickness of the inner and outer stainless – steel plates should be determined according to the volume of different water tanks.
